Shipping Policy & Terms of Saadetera.com

Every Customer (in the singular form shall be construed to include the plural and vice versa , unless the context otherwise requires. Pronouns in masculine, feminine and neuter genders shall be construed to include any other gender, including his representatives, successors etc.) who has placed order of any goods on the webportal Saadetera.com or its Mobile Application or Mobile webportal shall be and shall remain subject to following shipping policy and terms of Saadetera.com, it shall be presumed that every customer who has placed order on saadetera.com is made himself well-aware of these terms & policies and meaning and consequences thereof and accepted and bound himself to these shipping policies terms & conditions which are as follows,
  1. Every customer placing order through the Web-Portal Saadetera.com, its Mobile Application or Mobile Web-Portal shall be sole responsible for the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of the order of the product, subject customer shall make sure that it is absolutely legal to deliver the ordered product at the place of delivery on the time of delivery which was provided by the customer at the time of placing order and every subsequent (if any) update thereof and he shall keep indemnified and protected Saade Tera Ecom Pivate Limited, a company incorporated Under Indian Companis Act having registered address at Opp. Bk., 1666/11, Section 26, Ulhasnagar – 4, Thane state of Maharashtra - 421004 (hereinafter referred as 'Saade-Tera' for the purpose of convenience and brevity), its courier service providers, from any loss or cost or consequences which may occur due to any incorrect information about delivery location or delivery timing, customer shall also keep indemnified and protected Saade-Tera and its Courier service provider from any loss or cost or consequences arising due to any illegality or any violation of any statutory provision arising out of any delivery or attempt to delivery to any place of delivery and / or due to timing of delivery provided by the customer.
  2. Shipping address of the customer shall only be tentatively verified by Saade- Tera or its Courier Service Provider from the available database before actual physical shipping of the product, in case the area of delivery is not serviceable by any courier service providers appointed by Saade-Tera, the customer shall be requested to provide alternate delivery location which is serviceable by courier service providers of the Saade-Tera.
  3. On confirmation of order, customer can track his order from his own log-in account with Saade-Tera, or he can track his order on the website of the courier service provider providing subject shipment / reference / acknowledgement no.
  4. In an unlikely event whereas the customer is not able to provide any serviceable delivery location, the amount (if any) paid in advance by the customer shall be refunded to him and in case of any order on Cash On Delivery Basis, customer shall be duly informed regarding the unavailability of delivery service and hence subsequent cancellation of the Order.
  5. Under any circumstances Saade-Tera shall not be liable to any cost or consequences on account of any cancellation of order by Saade-Tera deliverable to any serviceable or non-serviceable area and under every and any circumstances the liability of the Saade-Tera shall always remain limited to the amount paid by the customer in respect of subject cancelled order.
  6. The liability of the Saade-Tera shall cease to exist the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier service provider, and it shall be responsibility of the courier service provider to deliver product to the delivery address provided by the customer, once the shipment is handed over to the courier service provider and subject reference no./ acknowledgement no. / shipment no. is provided to the customer, customer shall need to follow up with the courier service provider regarding any queries / issues with the delivery. If the parcel / shipment is not received with in 7 days from the date of the expected delivery customer may raise a courier service complaint by sending email containing description of goods, order no., shipment / acknowledgement / reference no. etc. from the registered email id of the customer to Saade – Tera customer complaint resolution email id i.e. _______________, on receipt of such mail the responsibility and liability of the Saade-Tera shall be limited to the follow up of the shipping status with the courier service provider.
  7. In unlikely event that even after 15 working days (the term working days referred herein & hence afterwords shall mean the days on which the head – office of subject courier service provider is working excluding any public holidays) of necessary follow up by the Saade-Tera as stated above product is not delivered to the customer, customer may place order cancellation request with Saade-Tera, after due diligence and satisfying itself that the non-delivery of the product was not due to any mistake from the customer end for e.g. Providing wrong address or contact no, Providing wrong delivery timings on follow-up of the delivery personal or any legal issues regarding the delivery of the product at location or on timing provided by the customer, Saade-Tera shall process the refund request of the customer as per the refund policies of Saade-Tera. Under any and every circumstances the acceptance of the refund request & process thereof shall remain the sole discretion of the Saade-Tera.
  8. In case of the non-delivery of the product was found due to any mistake of the customer when placing order for eg. Providing wrong address or timing or any legal issues regarding the delivery of the product at provided location or provided time, Saade-Tera may deny the refund request all together or may deduct the cost of shipping and other administrative charges from the amount and refund the rest of the amount to the customer, in any circumstances the amount to be refunded (if any) shall remain the sole discretion of the Saade- Tera.
  9. In case of refund due to any delivery issue general refund policies of Saade- Tera shall always remain applicable. 10. Saade-Tera expressly reserves the right to amend the shipping and other applicable policies, charges & terms without giving any intimation or notice.

Shipping of the Returned Products:

In case of any return request accepted by the Saade-Tera, subject to return policies of the Saade-Tera, the customer shall duly comply with following return shipping conditions for refund or replacement of the goods.
  1. The shipping & administrative cost of the product to be returned shall be borne by the customer, in case of any refund on account of returned product, the liability of refund of the Saade-tera shall remain limited to the price of the product paid by the customer at the time of placing of order or delivery as the case may be Less any cost of shipping and administrative cost incurred by Saade-Tera for return of the product.
  2. The product to be returned by the customer should be returned in Original condition & Original Packaging of Product, subject product which is be returned should be made available to the courier service provider within 7 working days from the date of communication of acceptance of the return request to the customer.
  3. Customer should properly provide date & timing to the courier service provider for collection of the returned product, customer should make sure that the return product is available for collection in original condition and packaging at the place of original delivery on the day & timing provided by the customer.
  4. If timing provided by the customer to the Courier Service Provider is not suitable for the courier service provider, it shall give alternate date & / or timing for the collection of returned goods, customer shall make due arrangements for availability of product in original condition and original packaging at such date & timing provided by the Courier Service Provider, If due to any reason its not possible for the customer to make arrangements for the availability of the returned product at alternate date & timing provided by the courier service provider as stated above, customer shall make arrangement to make available such returned product in original condition and original packaging to any office / branch of the courier service provider, customer shall not be eligible for any compensation towards costs incurred by the customer to transport subject returned goods to branch / location / office of the courier service provider.
  5. Any replacement or return shall only be processed by Saade-Tera, if the product is found to be unused, in original condition, in Original Packaging & returned due to manufacturing defect. Saade-Tera expressly reserves the right to accept or deny any refund or replacement request at its own discretion.
  6. On acceptance of any refund request, Saade Tera may refund whole amount to the customer or refund partial amount to the customer after deducting original shipping, return shipping &/or administrative charges, the amount to be refunded shall always remain the sole discretion of the Saade-Tera.
  7. In any and every circumstances of refund, Return or replacement, the liability of Saade-Tera shall always be and remain limited to the amount paid by the customer in respect of price of such returned / replaced product.
  8. The general terms of returns, replacement and refund of saadetera.com shall always remain applicable along-with above said return shipping conditions as stated above.
  9. Saade-Tera expressly reserves the right to amend the return shipping and other applicable policies & terms without giving any intimation or notice.
