Return & Refund Policy

The domain name “www.saadetera.com” (hereinafter referred to as "web-portal" for the convenience & brevity and which shall also include any Mobile Version of said saadetera.com & any Mobile Application of saadetera.com engaged in same activities & services as saadetera.com) is owned by Saade Tera E-com Pivate Limited, a company incorporated Under Indian Companies Act having registered address at Opp. Bk., 1666/11, Section 26, Ulhasnagar – 4, Thane state of Maharashtra - 421004 (hereinafter referred as 'Saade Tera' for the purpose of convenience and brevity),.
Every Customer (all hereinafter singularly and collectively referred as “customer”, which in the singular form shall be construed to include the plural and vice versa, unless the context otherwise requires. Pronouns in masculine, feminine and neuter genders shall be construed to include any other gender, including his representatives, successors etc,) who is ordering any goods from / through web-portal however and whatsoever shall be and shall remain subject to following terms of return & refund policy of saadetera.com, it shall be presumed that every Customer who is ordering on or using web-portal whatsoever has made himself well-aware of these terms & policies and meaning and consequences thereof and accepted and bound himself to following terms & conditions, any one who do not accept these terms or refuse to bind himself to arising obligation shall immediately stop browsing or using web-portal whatsoever and shall avoid ordering any product from web-portal.
1. RETURN POLICY
a) Customer can return Product if
i. Product is reusable or resalable to other customers
ii. Product is unused and return request is raised with in 7 days from delivery of the Product
iii. Customer received a product with Manufacturing Defect
or Customer received a physically damaged product
or The product is different from description on the website
or In Case of Mobile Phone Covers, if there is Issue with
Fitting of the Product to the Model of Mobile Phone to
which it was to be attached.
b) Products which can not be Returned
i. Products which are personalised as per Customer request.
ii. Items that have been used / worn/washed/soiled
iii. Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
iv. Products which are not fitting or which are unable to be used due to wrong description provided by the customer at the time of order.
v. When wrong product or product with wrong description is ordered by the customer for e.g. (including but not limited to) wrong image upload by the customer, selection of wrong mobile device by the customer, wrong placement of image by the customer etc.
c) Terms and Conditions for return/replacement
i. Product return request is to be raised with in 7 days of the Delivery of The Product
ii. Returned Products must be unused, unaltered, unsoiled & in their original condition
iii. All Original Packaging, tags, labels must be intact & in original condition.
iv. In Case of Branded Product, Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product.
v. Replacements will be made only on the basis availability of product on the Web-Portal.
vi. The Return / Replacement of Product shall always remain subject to obligation of the Customer to following Shipping Policy of Returned Product.
d) Shipping of the Returned Products:
In case of any return request accepted by the Saade Tera, the Customer shall duly comply with following return shipping terms for refund or replacement of the goods.
i. The shipping & administrative cost of the product to be returned shall be borne by the Customer, in case of any refund on account of returned product, the liability of refund of the Saade Tera shall remain limited to the price of the product paid by the Customer at the time of placing of order or delivery as the case may be Less any cost of shipping and administrative cost incurred by Saade Tera for return of the product.
ii. The product to be returned by the Customer should be returned in Original condition & in Original Packaging of Product, subject product which is be returned should be made available to the courier service provider within 7 working days from the date of communication of acceptance of the return request to the Customer.
iii. Customer should properly provide date & timing to the courier service provider for collection of the returned product, Customer should make sure that the product to be returned is available for collection in original condition and packaging at the place of original delivery on the day & timing provided by the Customer.
iv. If timing provided by the Customer to the Courier Service Provider is not suitable for the courier service provider, it shall give alternate date & / or timing for the collection of returned goods, Customer shall make due arrangements for availability of product in original condition and original packaging at such date & timing provided by the Courier Service Provider, If due to any reason its not possible for the Customer to make arrangements for the availability of the returned product at alternate date & timing provided by the courier service provider as stated above, Customer shall make arrangement to make available such returned product in original condition and original packaging to any office / branch of the courier service provider, Customer shall not be eligible for any compensation towards costs incurred by the Customer to transport subject returned goods to branch / location / office of the courier service provider.
v. Any replacement or return shall only be processed by Saade Tera, if the product is found to be unused, in original condition, in Original Packaging & returned due to manufacturing defect. Saade Tera expressly reserves the right to accept or deny any refund or replacement request at its own discretion.
vi. On acceptance of any refund request, Saade Tera may refund whole amount to the Customer or refund partial amount to the Customer after deducting original shipping, return shipping &/or administrative charges, the amount to be refunded shall always remain the sole discretion of the Saade Tera.
vii. In any and every circumstances of refund, Return or replacement, the liability of Saade Tera shall always be and remain limited to the amount paid by the Customer in respect of price of such returned / replaced product.
viii. The general terms of returns, replacement and refund of saadetera.com shall always remain applicable along-with above said return shipping conditions as stated above.
ix. Saade Tera expressly reserves the right to amend the return shipping and other applicable policies & terms without giving any intimation or notice.
2. REFUND POLICY
a) Eligibility For Refund
i. Only Products with Manufacturing defect returned in Original Condition with Original Packaging & Tags, which replacement can not be made with in reasonable time shall be Eligible for Refund.
ii. Any order which is cancelled by Saade Tera due to misuse of Web-Portal by Customer by ordering any product with Pornographic, Peadophilic, defamatory, libellous, Inflammatory, unauthorised or anyway Illegal images or messages or multimedia shall not be eligible for any refund.
iii. If Wrong Product is Ordered by the Customer due to mistake from his own end such product shall not be eligible for any refund.
iv. Saade Tera expressly reserves the right to accept or deny any refund or replacement request at its own discretion.
b) Amount of Refund
i. On acceptance of any refund request, Saade Tera may refund whole amount to the Customer or refund partial amount to the Customer after deducting original shipping, return shipping &/or administrative charges, the amount to be refunded shall always remain the sole discretion of the Saade Tera.
ii. In any and every circumstances of refund, Return or replacement, the liability of Saade Tera shall always be and remain limited to the amount paid by the Customer in respect of price of such returned / replaced product.
c) Mode of Refund
i. In case of Cash on Delivery
The amount to be refunded shall be refunded in Bank Account of Customer who placed the Original Order, at the Time of Placing Refund Request, the Customer shall need to Provide Following Details,
1) Complete Name of the Account Holder (As Appearing on the Bank Account)
2) Name of Bank With Branch Address
3) Complete Account No.
4) IFSC / NEFT Code.
ii. In Case of Debit Card / Credit Card Payment / Internet Banking Payment
1) The Amount shall be refunded to the same Debit Card / Credit Card / Bank Account from which the Original Payment was made.
2) As Saade Tera pays finance cost / merchant banking commission every time it receives any amount through Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking Channel, Saade Tera may deduct the nominal additional Finance charges in case of refunds to debit card, Credit card, Internet Banking.
